Residents doing any work to the OUTSIDE of their home are required to submit a building permit to the Office. There is no fee for this.
> Guest Registration form
All guests must be registered with the on-site office prior to arrival. If you have a guest who wishes to stay in your home while you are not present, please contact the Office to make arrangements, at least ONE WEEK prior to the arrival of your guest(s).

Residents wishing to reserve our clubhouse or waterfront pavilion for a private party may do so by filling out one of the forms above and returning the form to the on-site office, along with the required $100 refundable deposit. The event host will be responsible for cleaning the Clubhouse or Pavilion after their event to its original condition. The resident will receive their deposit back after a Board member signs off on the cleanliness of the location post-event.
