Palm Bay Estates is a 55+ resident-owned community located on the East Coast of Florida. The Association is governed by a the residing Board of Directors and managed by Reconcilable Differences, Inc.
What does the monthly maintenance fee include?
Through the end of 2023, the monthly maintenance fee is $180.00. The fee pays for lawn mowing and edging, palm tree trimming, cable (with 2 boxes), internet, use of the Marina and Clubhouse, the park maintenance and Office staff, and a fully funded Reserves.
Your future home is less than 90 minutes from Port Canaveral, Orlando, Daytona Beach, and West Palm Beach, as well as countless other great Florida attractions. We are 10 minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean, and right across the street from the Indian River. City transportation is accessible from the main road. Melbourne and Palm Bay have endless restaurants, shopping centers, and local events to offer.
The community offers a private waterfront recreation area with a boat ramp and canal access that leads directly to Turkey Creek Sanctuary and the Indian River Lagoon. The community also has shuffleboard courts, bocce courts, a heated pool, a dog park, and a Clubhouse. Our active Turkey Creek Social Club keeps things fun with lots of opportunities to socialize.

The residents at Palm Bay Estates become family. The Turkey Creek Social Club hosts events all year, including BBQ’s, holiday parades, and dances. Residents enjoy a weekly full of activities like bingo, cards, horseshoe, bocce, shuffleboard, and water aerobics. Monthly Board meetings are held in the Clubhouse. As a co-operative, the Shareholder Owners vote in a volunteer Board of Directors who make daily decisions involving life in the Community. Residents are encouraged to get involved with the Turkey Creek Social Club or run as a candidate for the Board of Directors.
